SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long will it usually take to receive my shipment?
We ship out your order within 2-3 business days via UPS. In most cases, we ship them out immediately. Please note that shipping days do not include the order day, weekends, or holidays. If we encounter stock issues with your order, someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you immediately.

Where do you ship?
We only ship locally within the state of Hawaii, covering all islands.

Will I receive a tracking number?
You will receive a tracking code as soon as the package has been shipped via email. Unfortunately, we do not accept national or international orders at this time.
